These customized workshops provide a fun and memorable way to bring a group of people together, whether it is people united by a cause, co-workers, or people who are just looking to get to know each other better. I tailor each event to your specific needs, so each becomes a unique experience. Individual Creativity Coaching

Are you feeling unmotivated, uninspired, or creatively stuck? Do you need help getting started with a new creative project or are you having trouble completing one you’ve already started? Don’t worry, this happens to all of us at some time or another. As a Creativity Coach I will help you work through any creative blocks you may be experiencing. Your creativity is an energetic force that runs through your physical body. My unique coaching practice and healing modality is especially attuned for healing creative energy. Through exploration of your specific needs, practical accountability recommendations, and a little creative magic, together we will assess what is at the root of your blocks and begin to restore your alignment with your own natural creative flow.

I have three current offerings for individuals:

Private 1 to 1 Creativity Coaching & Energy Flow Session – This is a one time 90 minute coaching and energy healing session that can either be done in person or over the phone. Together we will identify what is blocking you creatively and get you back on track again. This will include a creative exercise chosen according to your needs.  $197

VITAL Coaching Package – This time limited offer is for anyone who has purchased a copy of my book, Vitalize Your Creative Life. I will personally coach you over five brief phone calls as you work your way through the workbook. It’s a great way to get more out of your experience with the book and the exercises in it.
