Friday = Art!

Star.jpg

I love Tarot Decks. I’ve been toying with the idea of creating a set of my own for years now. This version of “The Star” is from my sketchbook. The Star was my theme for May this year, and it seems that the month of May has slipped by in no time at all. I’ve been so caught up in doing the “life” thing that I’ve had little time to work on my beloved projects. This image reminds me that the flow of spirit is always present. The bright light that is spirit within you is always there shining like a beautiful beacon. If you allow yourself to stay close to it, even the little acts of “doing” that seem to fill the day will benefit from you just being you. So in the spirit of this, I will let myself off the hook. Many things are happening right before my eyes, but even more continue to happen behind the scenes, all of it according to a divine plan. I am only a servant of a higher love.

May you all find yourselves caught up in the loving flow of spirit.

  1. It seems that this is a common theme with May this year. Even though it has 31 days, it flew by! The weather was so great that the days just flowed from one to another with an incredible sense of well being. I did some patio gardening, read a little, threw some things out and brought some new touches to our home. Very satisfying! I wonder what June will bring? I would like to concentrate on my writing so that will be my goal.
